Everything on Hikmah Learn — the video lessons, translations, transcripts, exam questions, and certificates — belongs to Hikmah Learn. Real people put real time and money into producing it.
When you subscribe, you're agreeing to terms. You can watch and study the content for yourself — that's it. You can't share it, distribute it, or put it anywhere else without asking us first.
This covers everything — video, audio, written materials, or anything else on the platform.
The following are not permitted without prior written permission from us:
Beyond the legal obligation, there is something more important. The Prophet ﷺ said:
"The Muslims are bound by their conditions." (Abu Dawud, 3594 — graded Sahih)
When you subscribed, you agreed to these terms. That agreement is a covenant — and in Islam, honouring your covenants is an obligation. Allah ﷻ says:
"O you who have believed, fulfil [all] contracts." (Al-Mā'idah: 1)
Sharing content without permission isn't just a breach of contract — it's breaking an agreement you made as a Muslim. That carries weight before Allah. We ask you to be mindful of that, and to fear Allah in how you treat this knowledge and the people who worked to bring it to you.
If we find you've violated this policy, your subscription will be cancelled immediately — no refund. We reserve the right to take legal action where appropriate. Accounts sharing logins or content will be suspended without notice.
