Who owns this

Everything here is ours: the lessons, the translations, transcripts, exam questions, certificates. Real people spent real time and real money making it. Please treat it that way.

What you're signing up for

Subscribing gets you one thing: the right to watch and study the content yourself. That's the whole deal. You can't share it, pass it around, or put it anywhere else without asking us first. And that goes for the video, the audio, the written notes, all of it.

What's not okay

Without written permission from us, please don't:

  • Share your login with anyone
  • Record, screenshot, or capture any of the video or audio
  • Re-upload or repost the content anywhere: YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp, wherever
  • Send transcripts or translations to people off the platform
  • Use any of it to make money
  • Hand course material to people who haven't subscribed

The part that matters more than the law

There's a bigger reason than the fine print. The Prophet ﷺ said:

"The Muslims are bound by their conditions." (Abu Dawud, 3594, graded Sahih)

You agreed to these terms when you subscribed, and an agreement is a covenant. Honouring your covenants isn't optional in Islam. Allah ﷻ says:

"O you who have believed, fulfil [all] contracts." (Al-Mā'idah: 1)

So sharing this without permission isn't just breaking a contract. It's breaking a promise you made as a Muslim, and that's between you and Allah. Keep that in mind, and have taqwa in how you treat this knowledge and the people who worked to bring it to you.

If you break this

If we find you've broken this policy, your subscription ends straight away, with no refund. Accounts caught sharing logins or content get suspended without warning, and we'll take it further legally if we have to.

Want to share something? Just ask

We actually want this knowledge to spread. If there's something from Hikmah Learn you'd like to use or point people to, email us first at hikmahtutors@gmail.com. We're happy to look, and if we say yes, we'll put it in writing.
